talented Detail Manager to join our growing family and help "Make Confidence

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Report), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Prior detailing experience required preferably in dealership setting
• 1 year experience as a manager preferred
• Attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience as a manager preferred

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations and workflow within the shop
• Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability
• Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently
• Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants
• Working with your team to complete details
• Building solid partnerships with different departments in the dealership
• Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction is delivered consistently
