Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service, planning, or coordination experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently while using provided tools and resources
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Must be a citizen of the US, Mexico, Australia, Spain, UK, or LATAM
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences, priorities, and travel goals
- Research destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to client needs
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and planning details efficiently
- Provide timely updates and answer client questions throughout the planning process
- Maintain accuracy and consistency using established systems and workflows
