We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Destination Planning Consultants This remote role focuses on supporting clients with seamless travel arrangements while working collaboratively with a professional team and reporting to a team lead.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer or smartphone with reliable internet required.

- Hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
- Personal travel experience helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage client travel bookings.
- Create customized travel itineraries to meet client preferences.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and tours.
- Deliver professional communication and client support.
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
- Participate in training and webinars to stay current on travel industry updates.
- Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure client satisfaction.
