Desktop Support in a fast-paced environment Build, configure and deploy Laptops and Desktops Assist in Identifying end-of-life (EOL) hardware Installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Windows operating systems Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Office suite Time Management, Equipment Tracking, and Deliverable Management Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) of equipment Shipment and coordination of equipment to homes, satellite offices etc. as required. Day 1 support - logging into the equipment, any user requested adjustments, orientation, etc. Ongoing IT support for Windows Hardware Migration. Assist with organizing and disposal of IT Hardware Assets. Financial and/or Enterprise experience required
