The Field Services Desktop Technician is responsible for identifying, remediating, and communicating issues related to the desktop computing environment in a healthcare setting. This role provides hands-on technical support for PCs, laptops, Macs, phones, printers, scanners, handheld devices, software, and video/peripheral equipment, including deployment and troubleshooting. Candidates should have experience with Windows 10, macOS, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams, with a strong preference for Cisco video solutions and basic Cisco VoIP knowledge. The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills. Ideal candidates are trainable, comfortable being on their feet throughout the day, and have experience supporting both Dell and Apple products; A+ certification and prior retail or frontline technical support experience are a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
