About The Position

As the Desktop Support Technician, you will: Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals.
  • 2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
