About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite Windows 10 deskside and remote support in a corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently, communicates well, and enjoys solving end‑user technical issues. This is a 1+ year contract opportunity.

Requirements

  • 1.5–3 years of Windows 10 desktop support experience in a corporate environment
  • 1.5–3 years supporting end‑user client LAN/networking issues
  • Strong customer service with a professional, service‑oriented approach
  • Must be fully vaccinated

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working without an onsite client manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite deskside support for Windows 10 systems
  • Perform remote takeover troubleshooting and resolution
  • Support end‑user hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Collaborate with remote teams as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions
