About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with 3–5 years of experience supporting mixed Windows and macOS environments. This role provides hands‑on end‑user support, asset management, and frontline troubleshooting while acting as smart‑hands support for an outsourced infrastructure team. The ideal candidate is technically strong, patient, and comfortable supporting executives and users at all levels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience providing desktop or end‑user support in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and familiarity with macOS in a corporate setting.
  • Hands‑on experience with Intune, JAMF, and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, including asset tracking and SLA adherence.
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi, with the ability to assist infrastructure teams onsite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively with executives and users at all levels.

  • Experience working in executive‑support or high‑touch support environments.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop and end‑user support in an environment that is approximately 80% Windows / 20% macOS, troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Support Windows environments managed with Intune and macOS systems managed with JAMF, including Adobe Creative Cloud support.
  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office 365, with strong emphasis on Outlook and end‑user productivity applications.
  • Perform IT asset management activities including tracking, auditing, and updating assets in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Provide smart‑hands support for the infrastructure team, assisting with onsite tasks related to networking, endpoints, and hardware.
  • Support executive users and a diverse user population with professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures according to IT standards.
