About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a Windows-based corporate environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting end‑user issues, maintaining workstations, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure daily business operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of desktop or help desk support experience in a Windows environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM, MDT, or Intune.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Exposure to hardware break/fix and asset management.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11 systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Respond to and resolve end‑user issues related to applications, operating systems, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Support Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Perform workstation imaging, deployment, configuration, and refreshes using standard enterprise tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and LAN access.
  • Perform user account administration tasks such as password resets and account unlocks in Active Directory or Azure AD.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures within the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or infrastructure teams as needed.
  • Provide in‑person and remote support while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach.
