About The Position

The ITAM Desktop Tier III Technician delivers advanced desktop support through expert troubleshooting, imaging, configuration, and deployment of Windows-based assets. This role ensures reliable end-user computing environments while supporting asset lifecycle management and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing help desk support for Windows operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint protection and endpoint management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or an equivalent technical support certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced imaging, configuration, and deployment of Windows desktops and laptops.
  • Deploy, configure, and validate hardware to meet technical and security standards.
  • Provide Tier III support for escalated desktop and application issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Windows operating system and endpoint-related problems.
  • Support employee onboarding by configuring and deploying user-specific hardware and software.
  • Deliver technical guidance and training to end users as needed.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records within asset management and tracking systems.
  • Support the full asset lifecycle, including procurement, refresh, and decommissioning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with network, security, and development teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
