About The Position

We are seeking an Intermediate‑level Desktop Support Technician to provide on‑site technical support in Santa Isabel, PR. This role will focus on delivering reliable desktop and end‑user support in an enterprise environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site and remote desktop support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 hardware and software issues
  • Support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic network connectivity
  • Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely, professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and document resolutions accurately
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily business operations
