About The Position

We are in urgent need of a cleared (Secret) IT professional to provide hands-on support across desktop systems, Active Directory, and (some) Unix environments.

Requirements

• IT Support – 5+ years of desktop support / systems administration experience
• Active Directory – Support experience in an enterprise environment
• Unix/Linux – Exposure and willingness to grow in this area
• Clearance – Must have an active Secret Clearance
• Soft Skills - Strong communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Hands-on desktop support (70%) including desk-to-desk assistance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and user support
• Active Directory administration (25%) such as user and group management, permissions, and GPO support
• Unix system administration (5%); willingness to learn is expected
• Help desk functions and ticket resolution
• Collaboration with end users and IT teams to ensure seamless support across systems
