About The Position

This role delivers end-user technical support and contributes to technology initiatives, balancing daily support with project work. Success requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a desktop or end-user support environment
  • Strong experience with Windows operating systems and applications
  • Experience with device management tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services and applications
  • Working knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Familiarity with VoIP and video conferencing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high-quality, end-user-focused technical support
  • Provides onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS
  • Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Supports onboarding activities such as account setup and equipment configuration
  • Provides audio/visual support for meetings and presentations
