About The Position

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who can deliver exceptional technical support and ensure a smooth experience for end users. This role involves managing tickets, handling walk-ups, and contributing to projects that improve IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and collaborating on technology initiatives that enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of desktop support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and applications
  • MacOS expertise and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and video conferencing platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Mac and Windows systems
  • Respond to requests via onsite, email, and chat channels
  • Manage hardware/software inventory and provisioning
  • Handle new hire onboarding.
  • Keep operating systems and applications updated
  • Document processes and solutions in tools like Zendesk or Confluence
  • Support AV needs for meetings and events
