Support the installation, configuration and administration of client hardware and software and operating systems Provide support for activities that can be planned, such as network configuration, updates, and rollouts Support users with the installation and configuration of smartphones System documentation / FAQ and Knowledge Base Registration of service requests Documentation of inquiries and faults in a ticket system User management Patch management (MS operating systems, antivirus, etc.) Basic Microsoft server activities complete your profile
