Why You'll Love Working Here Family-feel culture with collaborative mentorship Meaningful work that directly supports patient care Opportunity to grow your skills in a healthcare environment Live and work on the beautiful Long Beach Peninsula on the Washington Coast Benefits That Support You Medical, dental, and vision insurance 5 weeks of PTO in your first year 9 paid holidays 8 paid volunteer hours annually Short-term disability coverage Retirement plan with 5% employer match after one year Employee Assistance Program (EAP) And more What You'll Do Provide front-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripheral devices Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently and professionally Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software Support user access, password resets, software installs, and routine IT needs Perform system updates, patches, and equipment upgrades Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with lifecycle management Collaborate with network and systems teams on escalated issues and IT projects Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data security standards, and IT policies What We're Looking For Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1–3 years of desktop or technical support experience Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common software platforms Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a hospital or clinical setting Familiarity with Epic EHR and HIPAA requirements IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) Interested?
