About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities • Consulting with users to determine hardware and software needs. • Administer Network end user accounts. Create new user accounts. • Manage access privileges of end users and maintain appropriate levels of security for various network resources. • Develop and implement environment monitoring to ensure compliance with licensing, security, and configuration requirements. • Assist with development and implementation of approved standards, policies, processes, and procedures that ensure stable, secure, and cost-effective end user computing environment. • Assist with development and implementation of distribution packages to install software for desktop and laptop computers. • Have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the ticket tracking system and asset inventory system. • Conduct testing, troubleshooting and maintain user equipment. • Work with vendors on warranty registration and replacements. • Assist Network Administrator with Server and Network Management (when applicable). • Respond to user's needs in a prompt, courteous, professional manner. • Establish and maintain effective professional working relationship with co-workers, and every level of management. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Associates Degree in IT or related experience. • Experience with PC and Mac equipment. • Prior experience supporting Microsoft Windows-compatible software applications in a networked environment. • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft desktop applications. • Working knowledge and understanding with Microsoft Azure and Intune platforms. • Prior experience that involved significant customer and end-user interaction. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. • Strong interpersonal skills. Requirements

  • Associates Degree in IT or related experience.
