This role will involve collaborating with the Deskside Services team to address technical issues and ensure a seamless and cutting-edge technology environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in setting up and repairing technology within the firm, with a focus on troubleshooting laptops, printers, scanners, phones, and related hardware. Additionally, this role will provide support for conferences, events, and meetings, utilizing Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and advanced AV technology.
