• Previous Support experience (Tier II/Intermediate)- Must • Knowledge of Active Directory- Must • Familiar with MFA’s and SSO- Must • Knowledge of Laptop setup/imaging- Preferred • Knowledge of a ticketing system (doesn’t have to be Jira- we can teach)- Must • Knowledge of New Account creations in Azure- Preferred • Familiar with O365 Suite- Must • Attention to detail- Must • Very organized and can ensure inventory goes on shelves/closets it belongs on. – Must • Someone who can lift to 15 pounds- Must • Someone who is able to help prep and ship machines out to users or vendor- Must
