About The Role: Working Pattern Part-time Summer seasonal - Working four on four off - 9 hour shifts covering leave and peak times. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking
• Previous customer service / reception experience is essential
• Experience using IT programmes such as Microsoft Outlook and Office programmes

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
• Promptly answers the Phone in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
• Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside
