About The Position

A Telecommunications Switchboard Desk Clerk performs a range of clerical duties related to the support of operations including answering phones, updating and organizing information at the switchboard; coordinating work within the front desk and with other units and departments; reporting relevant information to the supervisor; and responding to inquiries and requests from patients, visitors and caregivers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
