About The Position

Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Designer to join the Krew. If you’re an experienced architectural designer who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you. As a Designer at Kinetic, you’ll take on a leadership role in the design and production of architectural projects—balancing creative vision with technical precision. You’ll work alongside project managers, account managers, and clients to develop design concepts, prepare detailed construction documents, and bring innovative ideas to life. You’ll be deeply involved in every phase of the design process, from initial studies through documentation, guiding junior team members, and helping ensure every project meets Kinetic’s standards of excellence. You’re confident, collaborative, and self-motivated—a designer who loves seeing ideas take shape in the built environment. You have a strong grasp of both the creative and technical aspects of architecture, from concept to construction. You enjoy problem-solving, mentoring others, and working across disciplines to deliver thoughtful, high-quality designs. You bring curiosity, professionalism, and adaptability to every challenge, with a steady commitment to learning and innovation.
