TekSynap is seeking a Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery) to focus on human-centered design and customer discovery to ensure DevSecOps platforms are intuitive, functional, and widely adopted by users. We are seeking a Designer (UI/UX & Customer Discovery) to join our team at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) . Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design , HCI, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years UI/UX design in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
- Demonstrated experience in customer discovery and prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong communication and human-centered design skills.
- Secret clearance
- 8570 certification : IAT Level II preferred.
Responsibilities
- Apply human-centered design to JPO DevSecOps platforms and portals.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interface frameworks.
- Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder interviews.
- Improve user adoption through intuitive design and communication strategies.
