About The Position

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as designing seamless user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross -functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate user needs and business goals into engaging and user -centered designs. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping the way users interact with our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Strong understanding of user -centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Familiarity with front -end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross -functional teams effectively
  • Creative problem -solving skills and an ability to balance user needs with business goals
  • Up -to -date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ Experience designing for mobile applications and/or web platforms
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Adobe XD
  • Experience with user interface animation and micro -interactions
  • Understanding of front -end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design)
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, and other relevant documentation.
  • Develop high -quality user interfaces, including layout, typography, color schemes, and visual elements.
  • Design responsive and adaptive interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Design and iterate on user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and implementation of designs
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and make necessary improvements
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test user interactions
  • Define and implement UI animations and transitions to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to enhance interaction design.
  • Work closely with cross -functional teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers
  • Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity and guidelines
  • Select and manipulate images, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the design
