Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in engineering drawing production, specifically within Telecommunications or Utilities.
• Education: A technical degree or BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to work autonomously, manage tight deadlines, and deliver accurate results without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Precision Engineering: Create expert-level AutoCAD drawings for new site builds, complex upgrades, and fiber optic expansions.
• Infrastructure Strategy: Analyze structural blueprints and construction plans to ensure designs are buildable and efficient.
• Technical Leadership: Independently manage complex projects, including traffic control plans, conduit design, and underground utility profiling.
• Continuous Growth: Rapidly develop expertise in client-specific equipment and industry-leading standards while prioritizing a high-volume project load.
