Watch this video to get a glimpse into our culture. Your Role: Designer I Job Summary: Our Engineering Designers support our Engineers and Senior Designers with the development of 2D drawings. Who You Are:

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology or related field
Design experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, and/or Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical, Bentley Microstation, and/or Bentley Substation
Teamwork oriented attitude
Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience cataloging geometry in multiple platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

Utilize software to design electrical substation equipment, structures, and foundations.
Prepare 2D drawings of one-line/elementary diagrams, control building layouts, panel layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, power distribution system, etc.

Salary Range: $60,000 - Commensurate (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
Profit-Sharing Bonus: Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)
