This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. About the Role As a Design Lead on the Brand Experiences Team, you’ll help define and bring to life some of OpenAI’s most visible and culturally impactful brand moments. This role sits at the intersection of brand, campaigns, and experiential - shaping how the world encounters OpenAI through spatial and experiential initiatives, brand campaigns, and merch. You’ll be a highly skilled, conceptually driven designer who can run projects with autonomy, partner confidently with cross-functional stakeholders, and move fluidly between big-picture vision and meticulous execution. This is a hands-on role for a senior creative who thrives in ambiguity, elevates craft, and helps push the Brand Experiences Team’s creative ambition forward.
