Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc. policies. Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, health and safety oversight, and maintain smooth operations at assigned sites. Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.
  • Proficient in computer/technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management.
  • Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications.
  • We are willing to provide training on 245D regulations.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training preferred.
