Service Managers provide leadership and management to assigned group home operations. It is the responsibility of this individual to ensure the site provides a respectful, inclusive, caring, and supportive environment. This position also functions as a point of contact for families, team members, and individuals served. An individual who: Has a passion for helping others. Has management/leadership experience. Is comfortable with independent decision making and problem solving. Displays the qualities of the company’s core values including service excellence, you centered care, nurturing relationships, ownership, value in every voice, and authenticity. Service Managers get the opportunity to teach House Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals about how to be successful in this field!
