Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
Proficient with technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management
At least one year of management, leadership, or training experience
At least one year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training (preferred)
Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications, or willingness to obtain this requirement
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc policies
Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, and health and safety oversight
Maintain efficient and effective processes and operations at assigned sites
Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team
