Participate in cross-functional teams and team projects. Own the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship. Assist in the design of equipment requirements to meet customer expectations. Determine best course of action for customer requests. Receive, document, coordinate and complete the following business transactions and requests accurately: Drawings and related requests Quotes and related requests Information requests Work within the Unified Brand team to balance responsibilities and share information. Coordinate on time delivery of products and services accurately and timely as defined in established policies, procedures, and directives. Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts. Support Senior Design Specialist as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Manager or Director of Customer Support. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: AutoCAD and blueprint reading skills Basic math skills Proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills Must have the ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency Ability to coordinate with various levels of management within different functional areas Experience with MS Office Ability to work within a team environment Basic knowledge of UL and NSF requirements Knowledge of product fabrication process Ability to work independently with little supervision EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or GED is required. Requirements

  • AutoCAD and blueprint reading skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
