Requirements
- 2 years successful experience in a sales management role
- Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
- Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
- Promote a productive environment
- Regularly train and coach on our sales system
- Ensure our customers have a remarkable sale experience
