Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent Die Cast, Stamping, or Plastics experience.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience in Die cast, Stamping, or Plastics.
  • Must know Microsoft Office. Catia, Polyworks, Keyence knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze quality data to develop countermeasures to meet Quality targets.
  • Evaluate and ensure final quality of dies shipped to production plant.
  • Present Quality results to the team and path forward for any non-conforming data.
  • Work/Interact with customers to meet customer Quality targets and expectations.
  • Develop part supplementals.
  • Create Fixture specs for parts produced by tooling.
  • Support preliminary new model development to shorten maturation.
