The intern role is an integral part of the Marketing team, ensuring that marketing collateral is engaging, high quality, and consistent with KIPP DC brand equity. The intern will gain valuable experience in the field of education and contribute to the success of KIPP DC's mission. This is a summer intern role that runs for 9 weeks (June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026), based on KIPP DC campuses with an anticipated start date of June 1st, 2026. About the Role The marketing team comprises two main functions: graphic design and digital communications. This role will support both functions but primarily focus on graphic design. The role will have a balance of creative design responsibilities as well as logistical and strategic support. This person will help in the creation and updating of resources for the upcoming school year, including logos, banners, and other printed marketing collateral. In addition, this person will be a key partner in helping to review and organize the creative process for our team. This is a non-exempt position and will report to the Director of Marketing.
