The Design Manager is responsible for developing creative layouts for websites, landing pages, email, social media, digital ads, and more to create various projects that inspire external customers and the internal sales force. This person will collaborate with teams of designers, marketers, merchandisers, and category managers to create engaging customer experiences. Our goal is to constantly evolve our digital customer experience while working closely with other creatives to complete cohesive pieces and execute various campaign strategies. You will be coordinating projects through completion with other internal departments and partnering with outside vendors as needed. You will have access to and assistance from our in-house photography department and vendor provided assets to stylize and produce custom images. As a Design Manager, working in a fast-paced design environment requires the ability to balance multiple projects with quick-turn and longer deadlines and working side by side with others. As the Design Manager for one or multiple divisions/platforms, you will be the primary creative point of contact responsible for all related campaigns and projects. You will collaborate and communicate with teammates and management regarding creative project status, feedback and understanding priorities. This role will establish and implement design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.
