About The Position
Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS), founded in 2000, is a trusted manufacturer specializing in industrial masking and protection products. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions, exceptional quality, and a customer-first approach. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement custom parts with precision and efficiency, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products and outstanding service.
Requirements
- Experience with CAD/AutoCAD and SolidWorks (preferred)
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Interpret and process new projects to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Prepare customer quotations and manage project modifications
- Support quality control processes
- Manage project timelines to meet deadlines
- Utilize CAD/AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and quality tools for design work
