Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering; EI required
- 2–4 years of land development experience (Colorado preferred)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local agency permitting and approvals
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative and accountability
Responsibilities
- Design site plans, grading, utilities, and drainage systems
- Prepare Civil 3D construction documents and engineering calculations
- Contribute to stormwater reports and permitting submittals
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Support project schedules, budgets, and approvals
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplines
