Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Design Drafter Intern. Overtime is available as needed. Responsible for designing and updating assembly drawings for tooling and equipment. Job Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Drafting
• This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detail and assembly drawings using SolidWorks and Acad.
• Create and update material lists.
• Perform fixture and tooling design using SolidWorks and Acad.
• May assist with assembly and debug of fixtures and equipment.
