The DSG Design Development Lead plays a critical role in bridging creative vision and production reality, ensuring that every concept is translated into accurate, scalable, and retail-ready outputs. This role strengthens the foundation of our work as volume and complexity increase—bringing precision, speed, and confidence to everything we produce. This Individual will lead the development and execution layer of our DSG design process—owning how ideas become real. This role is a force multiplier for RWOB. As we scale, the Design Development Lead ensures: Our ideas move faster without breaking  Our outputs are consistent and production-ready  Our teams can focus on creativity, knowing the foundation is solid You will help define how RWOB delivers at scale—without compromising design integrity. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing discipline within RWOB—Design Development—and play a key role in how we evolve as a team. Requirements

  • Strong background in pre-press, production design, and retail execution
  • Deep understanding of how design translates into physical environments
  • High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and craft
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with technical discipline
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and production teams
  • A mindset focused on building systems, not just solving one-off problems

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Design, Engineering, and Production teams to bring concepts to life
  • Is the main Partner with our DSG Team and the Temp Design Team in Ohio.
  • Communicating Clear Direction for the Temp team and Model Shop team to develop these initiatives.
  • Support key initiatives across endcaps, collab spaces, and in-store experiences
  • Identify gaps and bring structure to how work flows from concept → production
  • Improve speed, clarity, and consistency across high-volume programs
  • Establish and uphold best practices for file setup, production readiness, and output integrity
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, buildable, and aligned with manufacturing standards
  • Build and refine scalable systems for crop decks and rollout programs
  • Translate creative concepts into organized, repeatable toolkits for retail execution
