Come build your future with us. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Design Studio Coordinator to join our Design + Operations team. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of how we bring beautiful, cohesive design packages to life across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with our Associate Principal of Design and Director of Home Product Development, Design + Operations to support everything from sample management and palette displays to vendor coordination and product catalog upkeep. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role that partners closely with Design, Operations, Architecture, Procurement, Sales, and trade partners. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and interested in building a career in residential design, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic team. Some travel will be required. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be based in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, or Tampa, FL. Team members work in office one day per week with occasional onsite visits.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a design assistant, or related support role.
Exceptional organizational skills: you keep track of the details so nothing falls through the cracks.
A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong follow-through and the ability to take ownership of your work.
Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing your attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Interest or background in interior design, architecture, or residential construction is preferred, as well as Photoshop and InDesign experience.
Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Design + Operations team with all administrative needs including sample orders, displays, and inventory maintenance.
Work with the Design Studio team and vendors to create sample displays and order samples for clients.
Assist with maintaining well-organized and updated displays physically and digitally.
Assist with data entry, document management, meeting coordination and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain organized and current project files and assist in managing the Homebound Product Catalog with the ability to source materials as requested.
Support designers with adding products to the digital material catalog and completing data entry related to design packages, personalization, and finish schedules.
Assist with redlining interior drawings, including cabinet shop drawings, interior elevations, and flooring diagrams.
Create mood boards and inspirational imagery aligned with design package direction.
Assist with rendering reviews, redlines, and feedback to ensure design intent and accuracy are clearly captured.
Travel may be required to support the setup and maintenance of Design Studios across markets.
Meet metrics tied to Design Studio key results, and partner with the Director of Design + Operations to establish and uphold performance standards, goals, and deadlines.
