About The Position

Blair Image Elements is seeking a Design Coordinator to support our Project Management team by helping organize and coordinate the design elements of customer signage programs. This role works closely with internal teams and external design partners to ensure design standards, brand guidelines, and project documentation are accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team goals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with database management
  • 1+ year of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management team with design-related functions including Family of Sign creation, artwork scope review, and customer brand book development
  • Create and maintain Customer Brand Books using established templates to ensure brand consistency across programs
  • Coordinate brand book revisions and collaborate with outsourced design teams when necessary
  • Track and communicate design performance metrics (KPIs) for external design partners
  • Review artwork and assist with establishing Family of Signs while coordinating with internal Art and Engineering teams
  • Create custom brand books for customer programs
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned to support project execution
