This position is perfect for someone who is tech‑savvy, and comfortable handling a high volume of small projects. You'll work with internal coordinators, field crews, and customers to support utility‑related design tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Proficient computer skills, including email communication, digital file management, and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously.
Experience in customer service.

Nice To Haves

We prefer familiarity with Adobe tools (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with SAP, GIS, Smallworld, or similar systems prefered but not required

Responsibilities

Work from design maps provided through Smallworld and prepare project information for field crews.
Coordinate crew schedules and collaborate with internal coordinators.
Review completed work and create accurate as‑built diagrams.
Calculate billing amounts based on as‑built data and send invoices or summaries to customers.
Provide excellent customer service by answering follow‑up questions and ensuring project clarity.
Handle a large volume of small projects.
Use Adobe tools (such as Acrobat or Photoshop) to support documentation or visual updates.
Maintain accurate digital records and update project data.
Collaborate with team members to support workflow and process improvements.
