The Design Business Process Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of engineering documentation and digital resources. This position is responsible for cataloging and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation, enhancing existing content for intuitive navigation and user support, and creating new materials that integrate autonomous features to streamline task execution. The coordinator will also review and reformat standards and procedures to align with global engineering practices, contributing to consistency and quality across teams. Additionally, the role supports the development and integration of current platforms into more adaptable and efficient systems, fostering innovation and operational excellence within the engineering and design environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. (Associates, Bachelors or MBA). (Rate of pay based on education and experience.)
• Experience in coordination, operations, or documentation management.
• Experience or knowledge within BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related platforms.
• Ability to design and build automated tools and workflows using available resources.
• Experience with documentation systems and content management tools.

• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and how they are utilized within construction related projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Catalog and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Enhance existing resources for ease of access and support.
• Create content and materials that integrate automation to streamline tasks.
• Review and reformat standards and procedures for global alignment.
• Support ACC platform development and integration for improved adaptability and efficiency.
