We are currently seeking a Design Build Coordinator I for our Southern California Water Division. The Design Build Coordinator I is responsible for achieving intended results related to managing design subconsultants through completion of all design deliverables and supporting these efforts by collaborating with other project staff to provide Constructability Review and Value Engineering feedback. Supports the DB Management tasks required of the DBM or Preconstruction Director on a project specific basis. Intended to serve as the liaison between design and construction staff through design completion and early construction activities.
