Serve as an escalation point for patient issues and questions. Recommend and implement guidelines and workflows for the department. Requirements

  • High School Diploma Or equivalent Required
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensure as an LPN
  • 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in a health care related field Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or other relevant field Preferred
  • Supervisory experience in health care clinic operations Preferred
  • Certified as CMA, RMA or CCMA or eligible for certification Preferred
