Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical receptionist certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical reception or administrative role is desirable.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with insurance processes is a benefit.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and guiding them through the check-in process with a smile.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries regarding services and scheduling.
- Coordinating appointment scheduling and managing clinic calendars efficiently.
- Collecting patient information and verifying insurance details to ensure accuracy.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized to promote a pleasant atmosphere.
- Performing administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborating with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency.
