Tessera is seeking a detail-oriented and servant leadership minded Deputy Site Manager for the WSBOSC project. The Deputy Site Manager leads a diverse workforce of technicians and professionals engaged in a variety of activities that directly support the Navy customer’s mission. The Deputy Site Manager is primarily focused on delivering outstanding results through an integrated, and responsive team, focusing on quality and customer service. Building this quality team requires proactive recruitment, effective onboarding and job training, workforce development, and creating a positive, employee-focused culture that takes pride in its work and supporting the customers mission. Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and the team’s success are dependent on the leadership team position’s efforts.
