About The Position

At Centrus Energy, we don’t just manage projects — we shape the future of clean energy. As a Deputy Program Manager, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our Plant Manager, stepping into mission-critical assignments supporting the front end of the nuclear fuel cycle. From negotiating contracts and building integrated teams, to keeping large, complex projects on track and compliant, you’ll make sure every moving part comes together seamlessly. If you thrive in high-stakes environments, love solving tough challenges, and enjoy seeing ideas turn into reality, this role is built for you.   What You Will Do: You’ll oversee projects from kickoff to commissioning — managing scope, schedules, and budgets while leading cross-functional teams to deliver results safely and on time. You’ll anticipate risks before they become problems, develop strategies that keep projects moving, and ensure stakeholders are aligned at every step. Along the way, you’ll leverage project controls, guide negotiations, conduct lessons learned, and keep senior leadership in the loop with clear reporting and analysis. Simply put: you’ll be the force that turns big plans into big wins.
