The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) Business is looking for a Deputy Program Manager – Engineering (DPME) to support our Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (UUV) programs out of our Quincy, Massachusetts location to support the development, implementation, and testing of the next generation undersea systems. As a DPME, you’ll support our program engineering leadership team and be responsible for leading a highly skilled cross functional team. Your role includes ensuring all project deliverables (including documentation) are developed with high quality and delivered on time, tailoring engineering processes to establish best engineering practices, and help maintain schedule and staff plans required by the project to be successful. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Strong background in the Undersea Domain Experience leading teams of 5-10 engineers through large scale system design and implementation Managing engineering resources (e.g. staff assignments, capital equipment, etc.), organizational interfaces, and engineering scope Proficient understanding and application of project leadership principles, including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), organizational, and time management skills.
