The position is responsible for leading member flexibility program updates and initiatives, directly working with Member System CEOs and staff on projects within applicable programs, and taking a leading role for the Energy Management department on regulatory and corporate initiatives. This role will be capable of directly offloading high-level work streams from current Energy Management Vice President and Senior Manager staff. The successful candidate will work closely with other Energy Management department leaders to manage and support regulatory, corporate, organized market and member program efforts. Deputy of Energy Initiatives Hiring Salary Range: $135,000-$175,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
